職位描述
工作內(nèi)容
1) Process payment and coordinate with bank authorizers for authorization. 處理付款并協(xié)調(diào)銀行授權(quán)人進行授權(quán)。
2) To handle foreign currency payments and collections, including receivable investigate. 辦理外匯收支，包括收匯調(diào)查。
3) To handle non-trade payment. 處理非貿(mào)付匯。
4) Bookkeeping in SAP. 日常SAP 入賬。
5) To handle bank relative jobs, such as bank authorizers change and other activity etc. 處理銀行相關(guān)工作，如銀行授權(quán)人變更等。
6) To register customs import duty. 登記進口關(guān)稅繳納。
7) Review employees’ reimbursement, ensure invoices are correct and compliance with company policy. 審核員工報銷，確保發(fā)票正確，符合公司政策。
8) To handle daily scrap report, monthly cash flow and other government public report. 處理每日報廢報告，每月現(xiàn)金流和其他政府公開報告。
9) Report customer’s dunning. 報告客戶的逾期賬款。
10) Integrate accounting documents. 裝訂憑證。
11) Other tasks assigned by supervisors and managers. 其他任務(wù)。
任職要求
1) College Degree or above, Subject on Finance/Accounting or related is preferred 大專以上，財務(wù)/會計相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2) Experience using SAP is preferred 熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先。
3) Good at English writing & reading 英語書面、閱讀良好。
4) Quick learner, Strong team work spirit, Strong communication and problem solving skill. 學(xué)習(xí)能力強，具有較強的團隊合作精神，較強的溝通能力和解決問題的能力。
